Our uncured flash frozen Oregon Salmon Single Tule Roe/Eggs are of such quality unmatched by other sellers. All of our roe/eggs are handled the same day of slaughter and eggs are selected for color and maturity of egg. No salt or preservatives are added.

The single eggs are packaged in bags averaging 2.5 lbs. When ordering, select the number of pounds and we will match the number of bags needed. We will weigh each bag and charge the actual cost per lb.
