Beautifully inlaid tables of marble are a treasure to own. The tops are alcohol, water, and heatproof. They have been tested under the most demanding conditions and seem to get better looking with use. The tops are coated with a commercial strength epoxy but are buffed, a process which softens the look and makes it appropriate for residential setting as well. The sugar-pine wood bases are handstained and waxed for the warm finish.
