Our fresh salmon/coho eggs are available only in the spring and fall. We offer prime Oregon fresh chinook/coho salmon eggs of such quality unmatched by other sellers. All eggs are hand selected for color and maturity on the same day of slaughter. No salt or other preservatives are added.
