Forschner Knives...an industry standard for sharpness. R.H. Forschner high carbon, stainless steel knives are hand finished in Switzerland by Victorinox using a special tempering process. This process allows the blade to take and hold an edge, also allowing for repeated resharpening to maintin the original edge throughout its lifetime.
